Do you find yourself getting upset about little things? Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed by so many obligations and things that have to be done.  Maybe you have gone through a significant life change like a death, divorce, retirement, marriage, move or having a child.

Even happy life changes can cause you to feel stress. Sometimes you may feel like you don’t have the emotional energy to deal with the demands in your life. The many of the leading causes of death in the United States are related to stress.  Heard disease, obesity, diabetes, asthma, allergies, skin conditions, chronic pain, depression and anxiety are all made worse by stress.

The good news is there are many different things you can try to manage stress.  Actually, we like to say “There is no such thing as stress management, only self management.” Take some time to look through the articles below. They are organized by category or resources such as books, behavior changes and audio downloads that can make a difference.

Work through these resources at your own pace and choose one or two things to work on at a time. Start with the things that are the best match for your interests. We strive to arm you with ample choices because you are an individual with unique strengths and preferences.
